Google Groups Direct Add
Instructions can be found in the article access a google group on the web.
Google groups direct add. On the left menu go to members direct add members. Enter a welcome message. Add a small group to a large group click on the name of your large group e g. Add the email addresses of the members you d like to add to your group separating each email address with a comma.
Check the user s aliases and alternate addresses. At the top of the list of names click the action add to role owner button. Click the gear icon at the top and choose group settings. Click the name of the group.
Login to the group and click the manage button in the top right corner and the default view of all the members appear. Click download to download the members information in a comma separated values csv file or in google sheets. On the left click members direct add members. Access the group as described above.
Near the top right click manage members. For google groups comprised of organization members people within your domain a g suite administrator might choose to direct add members add each person s email and separate the email. Team all and then click manage near the top right on the left under members click direct add members paste the email address of the small group copied in step 3 above into the field enter email address to add as members and click add. Click members to see the group s members and their email addresses.
